Sent a query and an agent asked for more!!

It was an agent who only wanted a "brief query" with nothing attached to it, now wanting the "first few chapters." I wasn't even sure what she meant by "few," but went with the first three since it's typical enough for agents to ask for the first three chapters. Which was part of the reason I already had them prepared in their own file in the proper Times New Roman Size 12 double spaced format. Sent them this morning, and was on pins and needles at certain parts of the day, but with no idea of how many of them she asks for, and how long it takes her to read them, or even whether she responds when she's rejecting something, I can't keep at that.
Also spent the week trying to figure out how to apply for a loan to purchase a new home, so I can get a "lenders letter," which apparently you need to even meet with someone to get information. They do not make this easy. The more this has gone on, the less I feel the need to fly my current coop in the first place. Still, I finally figure it out this evening, albeit while leaving a lot of fields on the application blank simply because I could(do they really expect anyone to provide their bank account numbers? At least I was specifically told beforehand I could skip that).
Amid all this I also finished the next part of "Take a Year," but it seems such trouble to find time to post it. Hopefully tomorrow.
