Spent most of my holiday watching skating. Thankfully, much of it was very good skating, and if this is the last significant big event we get this season, it will have at least ended well. Then this morning I opened this fic, and realized that I had in fact finished a chapter of it ages ago without realizing the chapter really was going to end there. So it's only going up now.

And now it's looking like we are going to get shut down after all, except my office is applying for an exemption, which still wouldn't apply to me; I'd need to justify a separate one with the WHS, a job which I'm thinking is going to require a lawyer. But either way I would still be home until the 10th(unless of course the shutdown ends before then), looking for new employment opportunities and hopefully being able to write a little more.
