missizzyOther new job-related developments: got my library card today. Yesterday there'd been a teaching session about the new software we're now using, and I hadn't been notified because of lack of one, so of course that had to be remedied. Also as far as I know the business of my performance evaluation has now been dealt with and handed over to the WHS for them to do the rest. Self-assessment was much shorter but more specific than it's been in the past, if only because that's what the criteria called for.
Caught the bus home every day this week, kind of surprising, considering I'd missed it for most of last week. I was especially glad to yesterday, though, when I seriously wondered if I was up to walking home from the train in the brutal wind. Quite enjoying the nicer weather when it's been here, though my sinuses are continually unhappy over the back and forth; I've gotten a nosebleed in the shower more than once these past two weeks! And now snow is predicted for Monday, and probably won't even give us the favor of the day off. This weekend is Werther, wheeling a metal shopping cart to the supermarket and seeing if it can really carry all our groceries back uphill, and watching Junior Worlds, though honestly the event has not impressed me much so far.
