missizzyThe toucan on my bar has actually moved a little, but half an hour in, preview night has just sold out, and wait time is still at over an hour. Which indicates my odds aren't good. As I thought at one point last year, that could arguably turn out to be just as well. I'm now officially skipping NYCC for the second year in a row, but perhaps I'll go to that one again next year.
My train is now officially slightly delayed, too, though not enough to affect my plans of when I call for the Lyft to the station. I'm more or less packed, but there are still a few things I want to go before I go, mostly notably run and then empty the dishwasher. Emptying it might well be the final thing I do right before leaving.
