missizzyStarting to get a schedule for dad's treatment; he and mom went in today and will go in again tomorrow. It looks like they may do surgery before chemo, but we're not sure yet. Went out to eat Italian for my 29th birthday last night, to celebrate what was otherwise a very quiet day. Monday and Tuesday had been very busy days at work; thankfully Wednesday was a little less so. Tomorrow almost noone will be in; perhaps we'll get the 59 minute rule.
Have started wearing the glasses constantly at work; at first it was only when I was in front of the computer, but today I kept forgetting to take them off. Am becoming used to them. Haven't been wearing them at home, though, since Saturday. Headaches are down, but my eyes often burn. I may need drops.
First weekend in some time I won't be going off with the guy I've been seeing on the weekends these past few months. He'll be in upstate New York attending an uncle's wedding, and I will be left on my own. May be filling it with a movie and concert, though. Also buying a new hairbrush, because the pad on my current one has started popping out.
