Mom and I went clothes shopping yesterday, and we ended up going all the way to Tyson's Corner, long enough a drive for it to hit me like it hadn't before this year that it really is now fall in the DC area. The trees seemed to have started all changing color when I was looking the other way. Including plenty of those visible from our my window right now, but it's only now I'm looking at them. My foot injury kept me inside too long, and it's still only mostly gone. Next Saturday of course is the Comic Con presale, but next Sunday I must go for a long walk if at all possible. (This weekend the clothes shopping was enough exertion for my poor foot, and for me as well. At least I did get a good pair of cold weather work tops.)
Clarissa more listless today. Not first time since we got her prognosis, but each time she is, it gets us anxious.
