missizzyI have just finished writing seven fics to post next week, for Perc'ahlia Week. The only other ship week I've participated in, I was invited in only on the week itself, and just wrote a trio of ficlets as the prompts came; this is the first time I've ever made this kind of effort. After the kind of month I've had, I'm rather surprised I actually pulled off writing all seven. I was fully ready to settle for having just completed five. I'm not entirely happy with all the aspects off all seven of them, but I still have a day or so for editing, I suppose. I'll have to HTML them ahead of time to get them all posted, especially since the day two fic ran a little long.
Health still not really improving. Tomorrow might also require me to go looking for some way to deal with my foot so I have at least some hope of getting in on Monday.
Looking at the forecast now, it seems Ophelia will more or less hit us, but only after it's weakened considerably. So far we've had a good deal of wind and rain, and the lights maybe flickered a little this morning, but no real threat to the power just yet.
