My sister came over to help us with our TV, and when that turned out to be a much simpler situation than previously believed, she instead ended up helping us install the air purifier mom had ordered that had just arrived, and noted that the one she and her husband happened to have already has really helped them this week. It's now been up and running for about an hour, and I'm not sure I'm feeling any better yet, but I've still ordered one of the ones she recommended for my room, and if that works out mom might even order one for her office. In our house full of dust-collecting books, this could seriously be a game-changer when it comes to our longtime sinus issues, even outside of developing climate change-caused issues. (Might even help preserve the older ones!)
To think, not long ago, I thought of air purifiers as something rich snobs bought. The times they are very much changing.
