missizzyIt seems everyone is getting vaccinated now. Yesterday our neighbor mentioned to mom he'd gotten vaccinated due to high blood pressure, and his husband managed to get it by driving three hours into Maryland, where schoolteachers are eligible. He gave us a URL for a website that lists everywhere around us that's giving the vaccine, and even which vaccines exactly they've got in stock. Nothing about eligibility, though. I ended up finding a link to Virginia's DoH website and effectively finding the list of exactly who's eligible in the state right now-and confirmed that I am still not, though mom was very slow to believe that. We heard earlier in the year Virginia was not doing a good job in distribution, and I suppose we're paying for that now.
The neighborhood flowers are now in bloom, including most of the cherry trees-with our own blooming over the last couple of days, and we're getting hit with the first thunderstorm right now. Spring has definitely sprung.
