missizzyIt's been quite a week, between the ice storms outside, possibly my pulling something and my back pains becoming a seriously problem, a good deal of watching of the Australian Open where the results have not been as I would've liked, and a worry we'd have to postpone my mother's second shot today if the roads were dangerous. Thankfully they were cleared, we got back there and back fine, and now there's only the waiting period left before she should be more or less safe. We got a little bit of updating on the Pentagon's vaccination program as well, but no further dates of when they'll get to any group of people in particular.
I also now have only two hours left of Vox Machina. It's quite romantic, of course, to be watching through Dalen's Closet when we finally also got the Beauyasha date this week. Which was another reminder in our lives that good things definitely come to those who wait. We got everything we've been waiting so long for with those two and more. And honestly, the Perc'ahlia wedding similarly feels like a reward for getting through everything before it, for characters and viewers alike-though at the halfway point, I am now impatient for Lord Briarwood to die already so we can get to the good stuff.
