Dec. 20th, 2020 09:30 amI am now mostly through episode 99 of Vox Machina, and it was kind of creepy, watching both Vox Machina and the Mighty Nein fighting scary baby-faced monsters within the past couple of weeks. Also noting how morally ambiguous Percy remains even this late in the campaign, making the deal he does with the Myriad, which they benefit so greatly from, just to help out his friend's less than savory family. I can only wonder what it says about me that at this point he's very much the character I'm sympathizing with the most. And then here come the Mighty Nein, looking to make a deal with Lucien, though to be fair, it's not like they had any real choice. And I wouldn't be surprised if they had to then make another one with Essek, although of course they might have to do that just to save the world. I've also starting rewatching the Darrington Brigade one-shot, which is even funnier now that I've watched most of his episodes from the original campaign.
