We cooked pizza at home this week. We'd earlier considered buying the ingredients and making it, but then mom ended up buying an already assembled cheese pizza Wednesday morning, and we cooked it that night. It seemed to pretty much have the same kind of crust, sauce, and cheese as the pizzas were made of at Sweet Briar when I was in undergrad. Parmesan, I believe, which made for very heavy but very delicious topping. We weren't able to eat the whole thing; I ended up warming the rest up for lunch over the last two days. We can't eat it regularly, but I doubt this'll be the last time we buy some during this pandemic.
I'm scheduled to go in to catalog again, next Thursday. Right now, I have absolutely no idea what that'll end up feeling like, though the recently making it easier to fire federal employees have reinforced my belief that I need to at least try to find another job if we don't get rid of Trump next week.
