The trip to the Comcast store was an unmitigated disaster. The trips there and back were both painful, and, after only letting one of us in at time, we both endured a meeting with a man who was likely deliberately trained to be of limited use to those Comcast has decided to frustrate. The one thing he conveyed to us is that apparently our bill is going down; Comcast would want us to be informed about that part. We'll see for how long it stays down. It's a good thing I took the whole afternoon off. I'm going to need it to recover.
