Critical Role is Coming Back!

missizzyEverything may continue to be awful in many ways, but tonight, I must be happy. I still don't even know when exactly I'll be having to go in again, though I do know it won't be very often at all. But whatever else I do next Thursday, at least we'll finally learn how the Mighty Nein fare against that dragon turtle that night. I must admit I'm a little surprised it's so soon, especially considering how far up cases are in LA right now. But at least it's clear they're being careful while they do it.
It really is very largely this little show that's gotten me through these past three months. I'm right in the thick of the Briarwood Arc right now, and I even lingered on the cycling apparatus this morning because I had to know what happened next. Their quarantine programming has made me laugh and brought me comfort, even when Liam and Sam and Khary Payton were hitting on the things that couldn't be ignored. Even this week, the thing I've looked forward to the most was the Narrative Telephone in an hour and a half's time.
Who knows what the next few months will bring. They may even only be able to come back for a handful of weeks. But next week's going to be something.
