I can't type without pain

It seems all my health issues have flared up with a vengeance these past few weeks. Latest is the fibromyalgia that made it painful to do much of anything with my left hand, and now my right hand too is hurting on and off. As are my arms and back. I've tried to reduce my typing, but I have to do some for work, and I refuse to not write at all, even if I might not be writing as much as some writers may be doing right now. My sinuses haven't been behaving well either, but I wouldn't expect them to during pollen season.
