(no subject)

It's now official. I am permanently attached to the Pentagon Library, as a Librarian, same rank, but a salary increase corresponding with the two years I've been working for the government. Also, I get benefits. Which noone has sent me the forms or proper instructions for managing to get, and they need to be sorted within 60 days(30 for some of them) of my becoming eligible, and the official date of that might have been the 6th, even though things weren't processed until nearly two weeks later. I'm trying to set up a meeting with a benefits specialist.
Other details of working in the library: I have learned there is a Vietnam War for Dummies. There are For Dummies books for everything, truly.
Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. continuing to leave me in a daze, though I don't think I like the way the whole Fitzsimmonds story is going lately, and as for Skyeward right now, well....
