missizzyI am currently trying to record my next song, but this morning's recording had the sound go awry near the end. I'm hoping it was just the keyboard's booklet disturbing the iPad, but I fear I may have to go the Apple Store. Again. With the metro shutting down after this weekend. I was hoping to do something more fun this coming weekend, which would very possibly be the last time I go into DC just for fun this summer.
Today I may not go out at all, since it's also starting to get too hot to spend too much time outside. I certainly felt the heat yesterday getting groceries and finally going to see Detective Pikachu. It was a fun movie to watch, especially when I recognized enough of the Pokemon from the anime's first season, but I'm not sure it was all that well done. I may well see more movies this summer than I have recently, since I can still get there easily.
Ian has now reached the point where he's started jumping onto my desk and sitting on my mouse to force me to pay attention to him. Friday night he also came in and slept on my pillow, which I mind less. It's better than his trying to sleep on me.
