My throat is burning

One day in and this is not looking like a good week. Not between the news, the skating news, the sinuses, the current ficlet, the weather forecast, and the self-assessment for the annual appraisal that we're doing at work. I may have to get through it by reminding myself that I've got my ticket to see Captain Marvel on Saturday. All the photos on my Twitter timeline of the premiere are helping. (I'm also very much at peace with the idea of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. ending next year. Nowadays too many shows go on too long until they go bad, and maybe those characters still alive can be left in good places in their lives at the end.)
But am I the only one who had never really heard of Luke Perry? Even my sister's absolutely devastated, and meanwhile I'm just going "Who?" I really did not watch much TV during my youngest years.
