missizzyThis has been a terrible week on most levels. While the destruction of the rule of law in this country becomes more and more evidence, my health problems have all flared up, one of my co-workers has just lost a brother, the news I've blogged about has gotten progressively uglier as well, I can't get most of the press conference videos on IceNetwork to work, my iPhone battery is draining alarmingly, the replacement is two weeks away, and I'll have to disrupt my Olympics schedule to get it, and everything that can happen to aggravate me has done so, from vendors who say different things about how their products work to malfunctioning computers. Now Stan Lee is in the hospital and I'm not sure how I even feel about that. I suspect the weekend may end with Trump firing Rosenstein the day of the Super Bowl so to dent the protests.
In a week's time, I will be watching the first skating event in Korea, taking notes for a blog. Meanwhile, I started doing my preview montage tonight, though I'm going to have to act under the assumption that Stolbova and Bukin will remain out, and the software has provided its own frustrations. I just hope I can get it finished this weekend. Work on it Sunday night, maybe. I don't think I'll care to watch the game. It's even something I can do if Comcast goes down again the way it did last year.
