Weather pattern of unbearable heat usually followed by thunderstorms continues into its second week, though so far we've never lost our electricity and only lost our cable/internet once. Though on the other hand, that means I haven't yet gotten the chance to figure out the final line of my DirectTV commercial parody involving the Greek gods, which otherwise wrote itself in my head as a result of the one outage.(Not that DirectTV would actually solve that problem, but that's besides the point).
Have purchased an "Easy Piano" version of Skyfall, which should thus be the next singing video I put up. Still, it's going to take some time to get even a slightly more complicated accompaniment down enough to play it and sing at the same time. Also working on "Wicked Little Town" from Hedwig and the Angry Inch, but that's going to take a lot longer.
