missizzyThe week may have started with Trump signing an executive order to take away our ability to telework, but that one certainly hasn't been implemented yet. We're not really sure if and when it will be. Good thing, too; it was bad enough having to wait for the bus on 15 degree weather for two mornings this week! I have told the Chief Librarian-and I think everyone in the office is with me on this one-that if we are forced back on site for the entire week, I will not want to keep a situation telework agreement in place; I'll want to have the snow days off again.
My graphics card still hasn't shipped. I'm starting to fear a delay is all too likely, especially since I have no idea where it's been shipped from. I'm starting to wonder if I should buy a power strip, too, but first I want to see if I'd even have anywhere in the room to plug it into.
For the moment, Elinor is not getting into the box with my hairbands. She's started making off with my masks instead. Among other things. We had a sad little moment, yesterday, when mom discovered her running around with Clarissa's old collar.
