missizzyAt the beginning of the week, I thought myself almost out of all my medical troubles. I even went in to the office Wednesday. And apparently did something terrible to my foot en route, as I found myself unable to walk for long without suffering terrible pain, and in the end I had to go home early. Since then it's improved to the point that I'm almost okay when not wearing shoes, and with a staff meeting Monday, I'm going to try going in again at least for that.
Except since then, my cough's come back. I've had it suggested it's a post-infectious cough, because my other cold symptoms haven't come back with it, but I don't know. I topped the disaster that was Wednesday off by failing to make my reservations for NYCC before the Critical Role panel sold out, but now I'm even wondering if I'll be able to go to New York at all.
Though I did make it to the dentist this morning to get my delayed crown put in. Except it's only a temporary one; I have to go back on the 2nd for the permanent one, and hope it survives all this coughing until then.
Another accomplishment today was finally obtaining a bluesky invite code, and I've now set up the account and started looking for people to follow. Not yet sure how much I'm going to post to it.
