missizzyFor some reason for the past week or so, I've kept thinking it's March. I'm not even sure why. The weather's been more March-y than not, but that doesn't really explain it. The feeling might have been increased this weekend by our now gathering our tax documents together, now that we've both got everything, and making plans to go to the AARP's tax aide clinic in a couple more weeks.
Yesterday my CD drive gave me a real scare when it refused to read two CDs in a row. But it read the next two, though it had trouble exporting the first of them. It may be getting pickier about which CDs it chooses to interact with. I'm starting to look at options for an external CD drive. I've got most of my own collection copied now, and I've long accepted that I'm not going to be able to save everything; there have been both CDs and tracks that have refused to play or import already. But I kind of want to preserve my mother's music collection as well, because she won't be able to handle any of that.
