missizzySunday morning I woke up to mom asking me how to block people on Twitter, which was how I heard Trump had been put back on. I haven't been using it since Musk took over, though she continues to for now. She'd also been invited onto a mastodon for 18th century literary scholars, which was how we both ended up joining servers, but I'm not sure I entirely like the one I'm on. If someone creates a Critical Role server I'm definitely moving.
Winter has suddenly arrived; it was in the 20s when I went out to catch the bus this morning. And when it's already been long enough a month that after today, three days feels like too long for the work week to be. Maybe I'll even be more energized for Marquet next week, since the DM ended up having family obligations at the last minute tonight. I was braced for us to be cancelled anyway; that's what tends to happen this week. We're even having our own family gather this weekend, albeit on Sunday night, and for a birthday dinner for my mom instead the the holiday.
