(no subject)

Our current cats are definitely a bit rowdier than our old pair. I actually spent a couple of days wondering how my hair bands were getting scattered around the house-until I caught Elinor in the act of knocking the box with them down! I've currently gotten it lidded and surrounded by the various pieces of the new computer, and that seems to have stopped her hair band thieving for the moment, but I'm not sure where I'm going to put them once the computer's built.
Everything has now arrived except the graphics card, which might arrive as early as Friday, or might take another two weeks. I wouldn't mind putting it together this weekend, certainly. It's not like I'll want to go anywhere. Although Monday I actually have a dental appointment, and I probably should stay in Old Town long enough after it to find and buy a new calendar, but it may be too cold out for that. It was bad this morning. Drained my phone battery something awful as well.
