I go to a new dental practice today. I had a meltdown over their paperwork last night, and I still haven't managed to get the insurance information they apparently already failed to received from me when I tried to have it emailed to them via Aetna's website. (Kaiser decided to give us all supplemental dental coverage this year-2/3 weeks after open season ended, meaning their federal employee members can't cancel any insurance they have already, but the practice doesn't take that anyway.) Which about sums up the way this year is going for me. I'm already this close to giving up on it not being even worse than last year in just about every way.
