For the third day in a row I'm staying in, hiding from the cold and Omicron both, though the holiday plans currently remain on. And I'm not even watching much skating. I've watched very little the past month, especially since I'm pretty sure I'm going to boycott the upcoming Olympics. You always have to overlook a lot of wrongdoing to watch that, and all the powerful countries of the world have blood on their hands, really, but China had gone way too far even before Peng Shuai, and what they've done to her is the last straw from them and the IOC both. If anyone I like gives any truly iconic Olympic performances, I may watch those on YouTube later. Though given the general quality of Chinese ice, and the fact that they haven't done the proper testing of it, there may not be very many of those anyway.
I've had plenty of other things to watch instead. Including the new clip of Legend of Vox Machina, which seems to have been very much chosen to appeal to fans of the show already, especially since you have to know about the characters' adversarial history with doors to get the full joke. Still waiting on guest star announcements, though.
