Feeling slightly ill

To think, when I first heard Big Bird/Oscar was dead on Sunday, I actually thought that might be the most painful moment of the week. Since then there's been more deaths, including the guy who played my favorite Star Trek character, Congress probably doing more wrong than write all things considered, the unpleasant truth about three figures in skating, Alina Zagitova's stepping away to remind us about what else is horribly wrong with this sport, and finally my father's homeland locking itself in for self-destruction. Today I have been headachey and nauseous, and though I don't often get sick, there has been a bug in the office, and this would not be the nicest of times to come down with it. Unless it's psychosomatic. Which after this week, is very possible indeed.
Listening to this song, I kind of want a Steggy montage to it. Or maybe to sing it, but it's a duet, and meanwhile, I'm still trying to record the last one. I've struggled to get even a decent run-through ofthat lately.
