With the heat wave passed, my headache is finally fading, but it's still not actually gone, especially not in the morning. Plus the question lingers of what will happen when the next heat wave hits. It's probably a good thing I'm going to spend most of next week in Boston. Though nowhere is safe anymore. Hearing about the permafrost up north going, when that still wasn't supposed to happen for 70 more years, I have to wonder if humanity has already doomed itself, and exactly how miserable our final years are going to be. So far there's a good deal of fire and flooding. Unless we have a nuclear war first.
