(no subject)

Summer officially doesn't end for another ten days or so, but right now, it feels like fall has started suddenly, temperatures dropping and downpours coming in. And we're not even sure yet if the hurricane's going to hit us. My sister has basically been out of the area for a week and a half now; one of the media outlets she works for sent her to where they're about to start filming the Downtown Abbey movie, and she only got back today-to the news Florence's eye might pass through Quantico, only ten minutes from where she lives! We still don't really know how to deal with hurricanes up here.
I've been doing the blogging since we got back, though. This weekend I watched far more skating than tennis, between the Russian test skates and other events, and today, I finally wrote an entry on Stolbova & Klimov. And the Dancing with the Stars cast is coming out Wednesday, and I didn't even find that out until this evening! Also trying to watch Iron Fist, one episode per day, because my Misty ficlet's coming up fast (possibly my third next, possibly later), and I figured I'd wanted to get through this season before writing it. And having been spoiled for one big end twist, I already know I was dead right there. I actually don't mind knowing already; gives me more time to figure out what to do with things. Trying to find time in which to finish writing my Pepper ficlet this week, though I doubt it'll go up before Saturday.
