May. 29th, 2016 08:00 pmHave begun working on the Beatles' "Norwegian Wood" for my next song. I actually experimented with it in the practice rooms back when I was in undergrad, so I really had to do it sooner or later. The accompaniment I'm doing, on the piano with the pedal, is on the easier side, but it seems I'm always running out of breathe before the lines of the song end. Also, my sinuses are still struggling with the weather change. Even with medication I've got a headache right now, for the second evening in a row.
Just found out the guy mom and I pay to fix our computers whenever they malfunction is a Trump supporter. So are all his friends. We're lucky she was the one who found out; she was nice and just tried to urge him to consider a few points. I don't think I'm capable of being nice over this. At the very least I probably would've yelled at him about how he's voting for a guy who'd cost a hell of a lot of his clients, including me, their jobs, what with this being the land of government workers. As it is, I am suddenly a lot madder about the fact that the computer I paid 3,000 for often has a none-responsive cursor when I turn it on in the morning, sometimes fails to respond to, mouse, keyboard, or both until I've turned it off and on again several times, and also often when I come home in the evening has shorted out its connection to the net; it gets it back by resetting the adapter, but a few days ago it freaked me out by momentarily looking like it wouldn't. I'd already be thinking when this computer goes I might look elsewhere for the next one; now I think I definitely will.
Except apparently all his friends who do the same thing he does are supporting Trump too! He seems to have the computer gurus.
