After a couple of weeks with my newly upgraded iPhone, I find myself rather liking it, especially since it can handle having the DeviantArt app, which means when I see some plants growing out of the grating between the metro tracks at Pentagon City, I can snap a photo and then upload it while I'm on the train! It's nice to be able to document the craziness of the DC metro lately. Fortunately I haven't been anywhere near any of the trains that caught fire yet, but yesterday I was on a train that went straight through King Street without stopping! Lucky it was yellow line, which meant I could walk home from Eisenhower.
That was the end of a terrible week, which included multiple breakdowns at work, two of which people noticed, especially when I found myself staring at the menu of a Mexican restaurant during a farewell luncheon and just unable to bring myself to order any of the items on it. By mid-week I'd scheduled a meeting with a psychologist for the first time in close to two years. Getting a good one is a pretty hit-or-miss affair, but I need to talk to someone.
